We had an amazing stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great service and making us feel welcome. The apartment was spacious and clean with great facilities, including a fully equipped kitchen and stunning views from the balcony. The location was convenient with easy access to transportation and nearby ski lifts.

The hotel was perfectly located near the funicular and the lift, which was great for hiking and exploring the area. The apartment had a balcony and a breathtaking view of the mountains. The only negative side of our stay was the uphill hike to reach the hotel. We had to walk up a steep hill quite a few times during our stay, which was challenging for us.

The kitchenette had all the necessary amenities, allowing me to cook my own meals and enjoy them while soaking in the breathtaking panorama from the terrace.

The Residence Lastei provided us with a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. the apartment we stayed in was modern, well-equipped, and had amazing views down the valley and of Sasslungo, which made waking up in the morning a delight. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to the town centre, supermarkets, and bus stops. Moreover, the service provided by the landlady was exceptional. She was extremely friendly, hospitable, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The attention to detail was evident, as we were able to order basic provisions each night and have them delivered before we even woke up. This level of service truly made us feel valued as guests.
